Greetings from National Career Service (NCS)!!

As you know, the spread of Coronavirus has turned into a global pandemic, leading to the disruption of many services and normal life across many countries, including India which is also under lockdown.

In the current scenario, conducting physical job fairs is not possible but that doesn't mean that the mass recruitment activities should come to an end. Solving this problem, the National Career Service has decided to conduct Digital Job Fairs on the NCS Portal.

As a jobseeker, you can participate in these Digital Job Fairs and get shortlisted for the interview process through the NCS portal.

We invite you to participate in our upcoming Digital Job Fairs using the below-mentioned process:
  • Visit NCS Portal (www.ncs.gov.in)
  • Enter "Username" and "Password" and login
  • Click on "Job Fair / Event" tab in the left navigation panel where a Job Fair Calendar appears
  • To Participate - click on "Click here for details" hyperlink and click the "Proceed" button to continue
  • Update the "Personal Information" followed by "More About Yourself" section and proceed to Job Fair Details by clicking the "Next" button
  • Click on the name of the employer registered for the job fair. A list of jobs posted by the said employer for this job fair would be displayed
  • Click on the "+" symbol next to the name of the job to add this job to your list of "Applied Jobs in Job Fair".
  • Click on the "Submit Participation" button
  • You can update i.e. add or delete jobs etc., in the said job fair by clicking on "Update" Button
Your application for the said job will be received by the employer. If shortlisted, the employer will send an interview invite.

You will be intimated through an email and SMS to your registered email id and mobile number.

You can accept or reject the interview invite on NCS portal and also propose a suitable time for your interview.

You can check the details of the jobs applied by you by clicking on the "Jobs Applied" tab in the left navigation panel.

Details about your Job Fair participation can be accessed by clicking on the "Job Fair / Event Participation" tab in the left navigation panel.
